These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website antiflushing.world and the morning and evening lifestyle routine coaching services provided by Antiflushing, located at Weteringschans 110, 1017 XS Amsterdam, Netherlands. By accessing our website, purchasing a coaching package, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Antiflushing.
• "Client," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity using our website or purchasing our coaching services.
• "Services" refers to all morning and evening routine coaching programs offered by Antiflushing, including Dawn Starter, Twilight Reset, Full Circle Rhythm, discovery calls, corporate wellness programs, and related coaching activities.
• "Website" refers to antiflushing.world and all associated subpages.
• "Coaching Package" refers to any structured coaching program offered for purchase on our website.
• "Coaching Materials" refers to routine blueprints, habit tracking tools, session notes, and digital resources provided during coaching.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Antiflushing under Dutch law.

3. Description of Services

Antiflushing provides professional coaching services focused on developing sustainable morning and evening lifestyle routines. Our services include:

• Dawn Starter: A four-week morning routine coaching program (€89)
• Twilight Reset: A six-week evening wind-down coaching program (€129)
• Full Circle Rhythm: An eight-week comprehensive morning and evening coaching program (€249)
• Complimentary discovery calls and consultations
• In-person coaching at our Amsterdam studio and remote video coaching
• Corporate and team wellness coaching programs (custom pricing)

Our coaching services are educational and supportive in nature. They are designed to help clients build healthier daily habits and routines. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic services. Clients are responsible for their own health decisions and should consult appropriate professionals for medical concerns.

4. Account Registration and Client Information

When purchasing a coaching package or submitting a contact form, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@antiflushing.world if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or personal data.

5. Purchase and Payment Terms

All prices displayed on antiflushing.world are in euros (€) and include applicable Dutch VAT (BTW) unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing. We accept payment methods as indicated during checkout. Prices are subject to change; however, confirmed purchases are honoured at the price agreed at the time of transaction. Invoices are provided electronically upon request.

6. Coaching Session Terms

6.1 Scheduling

Coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between you and your assigned coach. Sessions are available during our operating hours (Monday–Friday 07:00–20:00, Saturday 09:00–14:00, Central European Time). We endeavour to accommodate your preferred times but cannot guarantee specific time slots.

6.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule a coaching session without penalty by providing at least twenty-four hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than twenty-four hours' notice may be forfeited at our discretion. If Antiflushing cancels a session, we will offer a rescheduled session at no additional cost.

6.3 Session Conduct

Clients are expected to participate actively and honestly in coaching sessions. Disruptive, abusive, or threatening behaviour toward coaches or staff will result in immediate termination of services without refund. Remote sessions require a stable internet connection and a private environment conducive to coaching.

6.4 Package Expiration

Coaching packages must be completed within six months of the purchase date unless an extension is agreed in writing. Unused sessions after this period expire without refund or credit.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on antiflushing.world, including text, graphics, logos, coaching methodologies, routine frameworks, and Coaching Materials, is the intellectual property of Antiflushing or its licensors and is protected by Dutch and international copyright law. You may use Coaching Materials provided during your coaching engagement for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our content without written permission is prohibited.

8. Website Use Restrictions

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or client data
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the website without permission
• Impersonate Antiflushing, our coaches, or other clients
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website or services
• Use automated systems to access the website in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our coaching services and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, Antiflushing disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that coaching outcomes will meet your specific expectations, that routines will be maintained indefinitely, or that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Antiflushing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific coaching package giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Antiflushing, its coaches, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our services, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. Our use of cookies is described in our Cookies Policy.

13. Refunds and Returns

Refund and return conditions for coaching packages are detailed in our Return Policy. By purchasing a coaching package, you agree to the terms outlined therein.

14. Force Majeure

Antiflushing shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, power failures, internet outages, or civil unrest. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected clients and reschedule sessions.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands. As a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Antiflushing regarding your use of our website and services. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.

18. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes affecting active coaching clients will be communicated via email. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
