Return Policy

This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and returns are handled for coaching packages and services purchased from Antiflushing through antiflushing.world. We are committed to fair and transparent policies that protect both our clients and our coaching practice.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all coaching products and services offered by Antiflushing, including:
- Dawn Starter — four-week morning routine coaching program (€89)
- Twilight Reset — six-week evening wind-down coaching program (€129)
- Full Circle Rhythm — eight-week comprehensive morning and evening coaching program (€249)
- Complimentary discovery calls (no charge, no refund applicable)
- Corporate and team wellness coaching programs (subject to individual agreements)
- Additional coaching sessions purchased beyond standard package inclusions
Digital coaching materials, routine blueprints, and habit tracking tools provided as part of coaching packages are considered delivered upon access and are subject to the terms below.
2. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
As a consumer purchasing services online within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek) and EU Consumer Rights Directive.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the coaching agreement is concluded (the date of purchase confirmation). To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to support@antiflushing.world or by post to Antiflushing, Weteringschans 110, 1017 XS Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Important exception: Under Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have been fully performed with your express prior consent and acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If you have attended one or more coaching sessions and explicitly agreed to begin coaching before the fourteen-day withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal may be partially or fully waived for sessions already delivered.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our coaching services. Antiflushing offers the following satisfaction guarantee for all paid coaching packages:
- If you are not satisfied after your first coaching session, you may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of that session.
- The refund request must be submitted in writing to support@antiflushing.world, including your name, order reference, and a brief explanation of your concerns.
- Upon approval, the full purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within fourteen (14) business days.
- This guarantee applies once per client and per coaching package type.
Our satisfaction guarantee is designed to give you confidence when trying our morning and evening routine coaching for the first time.
4. Refund Eligibility After First Session
After the satisfaction guarantee period has passed or after the second coaching session, the following refund conditions apply:
4.1 Dawn Starter (€89)
- Before the first session: Full refund minus any administrative fee of €10 if more than fourteen days have passed since purchase.
- After session 1 of 4: 75% refund of remaining sessions (approximately €67).
- After session 2 of 4: 50% refund of remaining sessions (approximately €45).
- After session 3 of 4: 25% refund of remaining sessions (approximately €22).
- After session 4 of 4: No refund available.
4.2 Twilight Reset (€129)
- Before the first session: Full refund minus any administrative fee of €10 if more than fourteen days have passed since purchase.
- After session 1 of 6: 83% refund of remaining sessions (approximately €107).
- After session 2 of 6: 67% refund of remaining sessions (approximately €86).
- After session 3 of 6: 50% refund of remaining sessions (approximately €65).
- After session 4 of 6: 33% refund of remaining sessions (approximately €43).
- After session 5 of 6: 17% refund of remaining sessions (approximately €22).
- After session 6 of 6: No refund available.
4.3 Full Circle Rhythm (€249)
- Before the first session: Full refund minus any administrative fee of €15 if more than fourteen days have passed since purchase.
- After sessions 1–2 of 8: 75% refund of remaining sessions (approximately €187).
- After sessions 3–4 of 8: 50% refund of remaining sessions (approximately €125).
- After sessions 5–6 of 8: 25% refund of remaining sessions (approximately €62).
- After sessions 7–8 of 8: No refund available.
5. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Coaching sessions that have been attended and completed
- Missed sessions where less than twenty-four hours' cancellation notice was provided
- Package upgrade fees already applied toward a higher-tier coaching program
- Custom corporate coaching programs governed by separate written agreements
- Gift coaching packages after the recipient has attended their first session
- Administrative fees as specified in Section 4
6. Package Upgrades and Downgrades
Clients may upgrade from a lower-tier package to a higher-tier package at any time during their coaching engagement:
- Upgrade from Dawn Starter to Twilight Reset or Full Circle Rhythm: The full amount paid for Dawn Starter is credited toward the new package price. You pay only the difference.
- Upgrade from Twilight Reset to Full Circle Rhythm: The full amount paid for Twilight Reset is credited toward the Full Circle Rhythm price.
- Downgrades are not available once coaching sessions have commenced. If you wish to switch to a different focus area, contact your coach to discuss adjusting your current program.
7. Cancellation by Antiflushing
We reserve the right to cancel or terminate coaching services in the following circumstances:
- Client behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or disruptive to coaches or staff
- Failure to make agreed payments
- Provision of false or misleading information during registration
- Repeated failure to attend scheduled sessions without notice (three or more no-shows)
In cases where we terminate services due to client conduct, no refund will be issued for remaining sessions. In cases where we are unable to deliver services due to circumstances within our control, a pro-rata refund will be issued for all undelivered sessions.
8. Session Rescheduling
Rescheduling is not considered a return or refund. Clients may reschedule sessions with at least twenty-four hours' notice at no additional charge. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within the package validity period (six months from purchase date). We are not obligated to extend package validity due to client-requested rescheduling.
9. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@antiflushing.world with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Name]"
- Include your full name, email address used for purchase, coaching package name, purchase date, and order reference number if available
- Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
- Indicate the number of coaching sessions you have attended
We will acknowledge your request within two (2) business days and provide a decision within seven (7) business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within fourteen (14) business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
10. Refund Method
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or as cash. If the original payment method is no longer valid (e.g., expired card), please contact us at support@antiflushing.world to arrange an alternative refund method. Refunds are issued in euros (€).
11. Gift Packages
Coaching packages purchased as gifts for another person are subject to the same return and refund conditions. The gift recipient may exercise the satisfaction guarantee after their first session. The original purchaser may request a refund within fourteen days of purchase only if no sessions have been attended by the recipient. Gift packages are non-transferable to a different person once the recipient has registered and attended their first session.
12. Disputes and Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with our handling of a refund request, you may escalate your complaint by contacting us at support@antiflushing.world. We will review escalated complaints within ten (10) business days and provide a written response. As a consumer in the European Union, you also have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or contact the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (Autoriteit Consument & Markt) at acm.nl.
13. Changes to This Return Policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Changes do not affect refund requests submitted before the policy update. For coaching packages purchased before a policy change, the terms in effect at the time of purchase apply.
